Okret is a platform that helps you extend the life of your clothing. Through the Okret app, you can book repair services, track your item’s progress, and manage your circular fashion journey — all in one place.
Yes. Creating a free account allows Okret to register your items, send you status updates, and keep track of your repair requests. You can sign up directly in the Okret app.
The Okret app is available in English and Dutch.
Okret powers the digital side of the Woody repair programme. Through the app, you can register your item, book a repair, and track its status. Woody handles the in-store experience and the repair service is handled by our trusted partners Nektari and Atelier Kurt.

BEFORE BOOKING
You can submit clothing items purchased at Woody. When registering your item in the app, you’ll be guided through selecting the right category and describing the damage.
Common repairs include fixing zippers, replacing buttons, mending seams, and addressing surface damage. The available repair options will be shown during the booking flow based on the damage you report. Major repairs, such as fabric replacements, are not accepted as part of this action.
Yes, the repair service is paid. However, as a benefit, you will receive a €10 voucher, which can be used toward a future purchase of €50.
Pricing is based on the type and extent of damage you select when registering your item. You’ll see a full price breakdown before confirming your booking, so there are no surprises.
BOOKING & DROP-OFF
Open the app, scan or register your item, describe the damage, choose a drop-off date and your preferred Woody store, review the price, and confirm payment. You’ll receive a confirmation in the app once your booking is complete.
During the booking flow, you can search for participating Woody stores near you. Only stores currently accepting repair drop-offs will appear.
Bring your item and your repair confirmation from the app. The store associate will take the package and attach a tracking sticker — no paperwork needed.
Yes. You can reschedule your drop-off at any time before dropping off your item. Use the edit button in the drop-off section of your request details page, or follow the link in your booking confirmation email. You’ll be guided through selecting a new date and/or location.
TRACKING & PICKUP
The guaranteed repair time is up to two weeks from the date your item is received.
You can follow your repair’s progress in real time through the app. Go to your active requests to see the current status: Collected, In Repair, Ready for Pickup, or Picked Up.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your item is ready for pickup at the store. You can also check the status of your request at any time in the Okret app.
Please collect your item within a reasonable time after receiving your ready-for-pickup notification. If you need more time, contact the store directly.
PROBLEMS
Okret works with trusted partners, but items are the responsibility of the partner handling them at each stage. If something goes wrong, please contact us.
Once your item has been physically dropped off at a Woody store, cancellation is no longer possible through the app. Please contact Woody directly if you have an exceptional situation.
Okret collects the information you provide when creating an account and registering items — such as your name, email address, and product details. This data is used to manage your repair requests and provide status updates.
Okret processes your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Your item information is shared with the relevant Woody store and repair partner involved in processing your request. It is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Yes. You can delete your account directly from the Profile page in the Okret app. If you need further assistance, you can also contact us at hello@okret.be.
